Base of a hot water boiler
This photo shows a stainless steel boiler for hot water. The copper pipes fitted in the boiler for heat supply are joined to the boiler wall with a brazed connection. The flame brazing method was used here. The automatic feeding of the brazing alloy and the feeding of the flux paste can clearly be seen.
We recommend BrazeTec 6009 silver brazing alloy for this copper to stainless steel connection. This has a working temperature of ca. 720°C. BrazeTec spezial h flux can be used.
