Surgical Instruments

The photo shows medical scissors from an operating theatre. This contains a hard metal - stainless steel brazed connection which can be made using induction heating.

BrazeTec 6488 is used as the brazing alloy, with BrazeTec spezial h as the flux.

The working temperature of the brazing alloy is 770°C.
