Copper pipes for liquid coolants

 

This photo shows brazed pipes on a refrigerator.


The components were brazed using induction. The materials joined are of a copper brass alloy.

For this application we recommend BrazeTec Silfos 2 brazing alloy (working temperature 740°C) or BrazeTec Silfos 94 (working temperature 760°C).

As this involves a copper to brass connection, BrazeTec h flux must be used.
