An application from the food industry can be seen here.
The cooking pot is made of stainless steel with an aluminium compensating base for uniform heating.
The aluminium compensating base can be brazed onto the stainless steel using the induction brazing method under pressure with BrazeTec AluBraze L88/12 brazing alloy. The latter is supplied in powder form. The working temperature is 590°C. AluBraze F32/80 can be used as the flux.
