Ice cream scoop

 

As an application from the food sector, this photo shows an ice cream scoop.

The materials to be brazed are made of stainless steel and brass. Flame or induction brazing can be used here.

For this we recommend BrazeTec 5600 cadmium-free brazing alloy (working temperature 650°C).

BrazeTec h flux can be used for this combination of materials.
