Stainless steel bellows
The stainless steel bellows are used in the hydraulic system, where components are subjected to high loads. The materials to be joined are stainless steel and brass. The components can be joined using induction brazing.
We recommend here BrazeTec 6009 zinc-free silver brazing alloy with a working temperature of 720°C. BrazeTec spezial h flux should be used. If a zinc-containing brazing alloy were to be used in this case, there would be a danger of knife-edge corrosion and crevice corrosion on rust-free stainless steels with water present.
